*gasp* I love that movie!  There were so many parts I just couldn't stop laughing in, like the grilled cheese at the end, the mashed potatos (of course), and his discussions with the actress from the old horror movie.  Hardly anyone has seen it and I can't understand why.  It's so charming. 

I sent you an email last night but my Hotmail is down due to an overwhelmed server on Microsoft's side so I can't tell whether it went out or not.   There's something in there you should like though. lol.  I wanted to bear hug the person who gave it to me but she's over the computer, so all I could do was thank her repeatedly.

hey...sorry i haent looked st this thing in forever & its mother. party. yes. theres a shower at my church on dec 2.  theres also one at south new miford, but that is this saturday speaking of which....what are you up to saturday later in the afternoon? we will be home. as for the other party....think it should be that friday night....but i need to work things out with my moh. phew. anyway....i miss you. we need a hang out date sometime soon....ive got one month of single life left. btw i will be around on dec 7 too...stupid dmv....we will leav it at that... but if youre around, we need to ang out. love ya!

*returns the big hug*  How are you, Taurewyn? I've been meaning to write you for more than a week now, first with early Christmas wishes, then Christmas wishes, and finally belated ones.  Seeing as it's three days into the new year now, I'm guess I'll have to wish you a very belated Merry Christmas. 

So how did your Christmas go?  Did you get a few days off?  Have any relatives visit? And oh, tell me it snowed.  We came so close here and then the weather petered out. *sigh*

What are you up to in school now?  Any exciting course? Any not so thrilling? Ha-ha.  I'm going to be getting into some of that in the summer, myself, which is needless to say a source of excitement and apprehension both at the same time.  Of course, online courses do take much of the fear out of it so I'm not too worried right now.  What kind of classes do you take? Online or traditional?

I've got to head off for now but I just wanted to tell you how much I loved hearing from you again.  I'd been missing you and wondering how you were doing.

Aw, thank you for the well-wishes!  As far as I can tell, I just had one of those 24 hour bugs that have been going around town and not the flu- thank God.  How about you? Are you still managing to avoid catching anything?  I do hope so.  It's never fun being sick... especially with a cold or the flu.

I'm so glad to hear your Christmas went well, with good company and exciting presents.  Ours went great once the relatives left. Ha-ha.  Pardon me if that sounds crass or cruel, but our extended family quite often makes the holidays stressful where they should be quiet and peaceful.  We prefer having them over before or after Christmas so they won't ruin it all.  But to get back on subject; we actually did have some fun gifts too.  Lady gave me a culture and etiquette guide to New Zealand (score!); Mom gave me piratical games and the POTC-2 DVD, along with some great shirts and a sketchbook; and Dad gave me volume 2 of the FMA series.  I think everyone got things they weren't really expecting this year. lol.  How's your new electric blanket working out?  And is your brother allowing you to play with any of his video games? If so, how is Kingdom Hearts 2? I've heard a lot of good things about it.

Guess what though? The week after Christmas, Lady and I finally sat down and watched the FMA movie.   We’d been avoiding it until we’d finished watching the show and for fear they might kill off too many of our favorite characters.  But by the time the credits rolled, we were clutching each other and crying for joy. Ha-ha.  How did you like the movie?  I’m eagerly looking forward to reading your fan-fic about it!

I can’t stay on for long right now- I kind of neglected some things around the house while I was sick- but I wanted to ask you what I’ve been meaning to ask for months now.  This Christian Writer’s Guild course you’ve mentioned sounds absolutely fascinating and far above the quality I’m used to seeing in the classes around my area (i.e. most of our teachers have the “write my way or no way” mentality).  Can anyone take it, and are there any prerequisites?  I’d love to look into enrolling.
